17 x 7.5 / 6 x 130 / 50mm offset Methods? And, what's the lug bolt thread spec?
I love the delta 4x4 beadlock rims. They make a big difference when running tires with really low pressure. Unfortunately, they do not offer it in a 17" Version. What other quality beadlock rims in 17" size would fit? Is there something you could recommend?
Wheel and hub anchoring measurements Hello colleagues, can someone confirm that these measurements that I have been collecting from various threads are correct. Thank you 6x130 M 14 x 1.5 Hub: 84'1 Steel rim: 17 x 7'5 ET: +55
I am starting to look for some alloys, these are for Sprinters, have the correct BCD. Have the “Boost alloys” look https://www.tunershop.com/rial-transporter-7-0x17-et57-6x130-17-wheel-polar-silver-tp70757m91.html?srsltid=AfmBOopqN6mmnC_X8_mVopI8T5HNAZAguGmgX6fRBeSOWayTv_YZp-kNKV8
Thread 'Error Message "Tyre pressure sensor lost"'
Late in the day and the dashboard lights up with an amber message "Tyre pressure sensor lost". Checking the displays, you can see that all four are lost, so I guess the sensor receiver is disconnected/toast. The Grenadier is booked in for diagnostics on the 24th January, (Chandlers are busy and short a technician). It's this sort of dumb failure that drives my desire for the full workshop manual now. This should not be a big mystery; it's either a wire break or a failed unit, it should not...
Thread 'Raceline Ryno Wheels, anyone fitted or tried then yet?'
I have had my eyes on them. I think they will look the bit, but would love to see a pic of them mounted on a IG. Cheers.
I've bought a new set of already programmed TPMS sensors specifically for the Grenadier. But my tire dealer was not able to register those new TPMS to the Grenadier. So I'm looking for the recommended procedure for the Grenadier. I can't find any information on how to do this correctly.
Now. the weather is getting colder will Ineos bring out a Muff a la Land Rover . Also thinking about tire rotation any ideas ?
I contacted BF Goodrich to make sure that the tread on their All Terrain T/A KO2 is NOT ‘directional’, so that I could have them mounted with the white lettering side facing inward. Here is part of the reply I received: “Hello, Bill. Thank you for contacting Consumer Care. My name is Ian. I have reviewed your case # 04071879. the All-Terrain T/A KO2 in all sizes has a symmetrical tread pattern... You can mount them with the white lettering facing inward. I would make a point of writing down...
Thread 'Thoughts on 20"?'
I've scrubbed the entire forum and read through several posts, yet, no ongoing talks about the 20" rims. There was a mention once but only one response on it. I'm not looking into wrapping them with 35in tires, looking more into 285/55r20 BFG KO2s which have a diameter of 32.3 in. Seeing that several people have already upgraded to 285/70r17 I've seen here, I assume no lifting is needed since 285/55r20 would be smaller? I'm ready to purchase but I don't have enough information about...
Thread 'Body-colored wheels'
After some coin and wait, my Grenadier received almost-body-colored wheels. Now the tires look small. Hmmm.... By the way, the set of 5 factory black steel wheels is up for grabs - will post it in Classifieds soon.
Does anyone have experience with Owl Vans wheels? They historically have specialized on offroad vans, it seems, but found they have some IG wheels/tires with dual valves. They are advertised as rugged, durable and with very high weight ratings for each individual wheel, but are lighter than other named wheels. See link. https://owlvans.com/collections/grenadier-wheels-tires Any insight, thoughts, opinions are welcomed.
Thread 'REIKA Wheels'
Check these out! available in 17x8 +35mm offset https://reikavs.com/ineos/grenadier/2022-2024/17x8-r35v2500-bronze-r35780356317/
Thread 'Pizza Cutters?'
I do like some skinny tires! Hard to find the right information. I would like to know what the most narrow, Michelin Defender 17" tire is, that has a diameter between 32 and 35 in. Seems a simple ask, but I'm not able to search any online retailers using those parameters. Anyone? Maybe not quite as skinny as the ones on my Troopy, but.. Glamour shot. Brushy Mountain State Penitentiary in the background.
I see only one post that has the name 'Ineos' on it, I think the OEM wheel center caps with just the logo look better IMO. Has anyone purchased one for their aftermarket wheelset or can we even purchase them anywhere?
Thread 'Factory steel wheels with factory BFG KO2’s - all 5'
Selling my factory steel wheels and BFG KO2’s. Swapped out to Reikas and Toyo RT trails. The wheels and tires have less than 500 miles on them. They’re premounted and balanced but do not have tpms in them selling all 5 for $2000.00.
Good morning all Wondering if anyone has any information about the factory load ratings of the 17" Alloy rims or any of the rims specifically offered from factory. Currently in the process of analysing the rear housing for an axle load rating increase for GVM purposes and cannot find any stampings or markings on the rim to indicate a load rating. Thank you!
I can't seem to get a straight answer either through searches online or through Eibach. I just wanna know if I can get 35 x 12.5 tires to fit with the Eibach 2.5 inch lift springs with no trimming or rubbing. Just a Yes or No please... I pick up my rig tomorrow... so excited!!
Thread '255/85R17 with Eibach springs'
Paul at Shoreline in Huntington Beach has set aside a quintet of Mickey Thompson Baja Boss AT in 255/85R17 for me a while ago, and I was able to make it up for install today. I had a fortunate turn of events at work and was able to snag the “old” white Grenadier from the company I work for (Owl) and bring it back to reside at my house. This has the Eibach Springs that Owl has in stock and the Owl Talon wheels in custom Scottish White paint...
