How has KO been with service? I’ve reached out a few times to schedule and left voicemails and emails but not a single response.

So far, I've had a very good experience with them. I've mostly dealt with Nai Ko, but James Wright and Shane Sullivan as well. They've even driven down to pickup my IG, left me a loaner IG, and dropped mine back off later that afternoon. My contact has mostly been through email with them.

The Ko Ineos web site shows a lot full of vehicles. Are all the MA buyers satisfied with their vehicles? Would you drive one coast to coast? Where is the service in Kansas?

I've been incredibly satisfied with my vehicle, regularly take it up to Maine and back. Planning on a road trip and would feel perfectly comfortable, haven't had any issues not a squeak or rattle.

100% happy with the vehicle and KO.

Only issue at all is a loud power steering pump motor.

I’d be happy to drive the Grenny anywhere. Making a trip to Rangeley soon then a trip to Quebec City. No service areas nearby.

Looking to pick up my Grenadier this week at KO Ineos in Framingham Mass. Can anyone vouch for them as a legit dealer? Two of the phone numbers in their website dead end, and when I call the main number, I get the same guy that worked the deal with me. It feels scammy. Before I drive 4 hours there and find I've sent money to a scam in a far off country, I'd love to hear others that dealt with them.

I purchased through Ko, and use them for service. They are legitimate, and pretty committed to the brand.

I have dealt directly with Jonathan, James, Shane and Nai. I would not worry based on my experience with them, and have had very good luck reaching them by email.

I agree with the above - had great service with James and Shane, offered a loaner most of the time (only used it once when they needed it overnight). I think it's a just going through the growing pains of being a new dealership and brand...at the same time. I wish they'd up their local advertising budget...I never hear or see ads for Ko INEOS or the Grenadier.

As for the reliability, etc - after a couple of software updates, it's doing great. I took it from Boston through the UP over to Montana and back without issue, coming up on 10k on the odo.

I haven’t had any luck with them. My original order was assigned to them but when they had difficulty getting their license I went to Curry in Danbury. I reached out multiple times to KO for service and never received a response.

even though Curry is really far away I have had great luck with all the team members there.

I am getting my 12 month service in August with KO. I just saw Jonathan at Bedford Cars and Coffee.
