New Year Service Overdue Bug

I’ve got about 4k miles to go before my next service at the dealer - but the double click trick on the left stalk to clear the error message has stopped working - has anyone else had this problem?

It happens sometimes. Press the OK button on the right side of steering wheel and then try again with the stalk

Happened to me but it was temporary. Next time I drove it states work no fine.

My reset trick seems to have stopped also. I just ignore it for now.

This is what I found to work or use one of the CCI buttons like fav to get the cursor out of the range remaining field.

Use the center console dial to move the selection off the warning, then try again.

Never worked for me. I have a 23’ prototype and it just cycles through. Not sure it’s a reliable fix

Try the OK or center dial - it could be that the left stalk is zeroed in on a different command (not sure how to phrase that). I got it to work (again) this morning with the OK button, after 3 days without being able to get it to work (it was working before that)

I picked up my 2023 Fieldmaster on Saturday and was, of course, keen to see how overdue my service would be.
32,450 days!
That means it was last serviced on the 5th of January 1936.
Might do a precautionary oil change cos it must be sticky by now....

The clicking to clear it is working for me. The key is to click on first when the message is on the screen (to select the message) and then click again to clear it. If you click whilst the message isnt on the screen, you cannot clear it until the next restart.

Unless you press enter and then wait for the message come back again before pressing the button

Sorry to keep on this one. The OK button has helped but I noticed something else a few days ago. When I get the service overdue alert, if I click the left stalk button, it doesn’t highlight the alert and I can’t clear it with two clicks. HOWEVER, if I click the left stalk button and SLIGHTLY lift the stalk up (while holding the button), like I’m going to make a right turn signal (but just a slight lift - not all the way), it immediately highlights the alert. Then if I do the same thing on the second click (slightly lifting the stalk), it immediately clears the alert. I don’t get it - is this just normal Grenadier electronics Gremlins, or do I have some defect or short in the stalk? I’ll take it in a month or two for the 36k mile service - would appreciate hearing if anyone else has seen this and can reproduce it.

I don’t touch anything when the overdue service warning pops up. It goes away after 5min of driving.

You must have the special-but-still-crappy software edition? I am a lowly serf and got the normal “lick my boot, peasant” edition.

It seems there are maybe different versions of the new year bug. Along with service overdue button, I get a refuel soon warning even though the tank is full. It seems to clear after a while.
