Well I had an email this morning with a request to sign my contract.
However this is now the fourth time they have done so with the first being Nov 9th. Then again early Dec and again last week and now again .
It is very odd but I feel honoured to have received such attention!
I have asked if this new one is an error or if I need to resign again.
Still no news on production for what was suggested as a 'by feb 1st' delivery.

I said it before, but we're definitely in the territory of:

Phone call from agent: "Hello, your new car's just arrived on a transporter. Can you come in and sign your contract?"

I think you are right. The point is why promise something and then don't fulfil that promise with the technology Ineos have in place?. My build date was last Friday, but the website has not been updated. Confussion.

Same here in Hampshire UK - build date was last Friday ( 13th ) but no contact or contract. Just hope that the vehicle
if built is under cover somewhere as it might be some time before I get it !!

So maybe the production date is real and the store the vehicles in between for updates of the software. This would explain the timeline. It is
1.) production
2.) delivery to agents
3.) contract
originally the wanted to produce within 30-60 days after the contract is signed.
So in between point one to three you might add this two months

Same here, told to watch for the contract on the 16th January 2023 [ the delayed contract from October 27th 2022 !] but nothing has come,

like you guys told Friday 13th as the start of build, which would take 3 weeks,
then 1 week for testing [ really???] before dispatch, to the dealer with transit and distribution taking a further week.

The information from Ineos for my 30th September 2021 reservation, May 18th 2022 order, is a January/ February 2023 delivery , not build, so I'm guessing January has slipped away, and February will be a struggle..

Of course Ineos may pull it out of the bag

After Steve's comment about Monday contracts - I checked my phone on my night piss stop but, alas, nothing but an angry wife asking me who I was calling at 3.30am!

November build shifted to December shifted to January but with 11 working days left and no contract.

I know it's coming but this is all starting to play with my head

I still think: If I knew my contract was coming in April, it wouldn't be a problem. I would just wait.

But now it could be any day now. And that just sucks.

The last update from Mark Tennant was almost 7 weeks ago (1 December 2022) and in it he said............."I'll be back in touch with another update shortly"- I suspect "shortly" is right about now.

later this week seems to be a standard response lets hope so
