Pulling the passenger side front fender guard is required to fit the crossover pipe. GrenX also notes this on their website:Looks awesome! How was the fender off- part of the install? Got delayed in getting mine on, but sometime in the coming week or so. I’ll be installing.
Sorry to hear on the airbox fitting!! That was one of my concerns as well, but lucked out at LAX terminal, different shift boss.
Do you have a link to this product? The D&G option is probably not sealed, but if it meets your needs go for it.
The description does not say it is sealed. So, you would need to make an inquiry to find out.
I had this same concern with water ( rain / ice / snow ) - The sealed airbox has a ball valved drain plug ( I’ll post photos when I get that component installed ) which should be kept open for normal driving.about 10k with install and shipping to europe for the GrenX is way to much.
1 to 2k with install I would pay but 10K not @GrenX
Addtionally I don't know how good the @GrenX performance in Ice and snow, with the intake, if a huge chunk of snow is sucked in, while driving in dense forest and thus pushing branches away which are covered in snow...

NON-SEALED SNORKELS/RAISED AIR INTAKE
D&G Europe
D&G has a Hi Flow Stainless Steel Snorkel for the IG and QM. Note: the description does not say it is sealed and no mention of a sealed airbox.
The opening of the snorkel faces upwards.
my conceren ist that the factory RIA inlet is designed in a way that stuff falls down outside and the @GrenX just has a mesh..I had this same concern with water ( rain / ice / snow ) - The sealed airbox has a ball valved drain plug ( I’ll post photos when I get that component installed ) which should be kept open for normal driving.
This doesn’t matter since the sealed airbox will drain as long as the ball valve is left open. That valve is only closed as a preliminary step before performing a stream crossing.my conceren ist that the factory RIA inlet is designed in a way that stuff falls down outside and the @GrenX just has a mesh..
The GrenX OEM style has a filter coming for the top, plus you can already use a UNIfilter sock on the INEOS RAI or the GrenX OEM style snorkel.my conceren ist that the factory RIA inlet is designed in a way that stuff falls down outside and the @GrenX just has a mesh..
