@TheDocAUS. I keep a set of tyre pliers with me for long travels having had various tyre problems in the past. They are an easy way to break the bead and NATO listed. Sure you can break the bead using a hilift or actually driving over the tyre but the tyre pliers are easy to use and are very gentle on the bead. Some decent tyre levers are a good idea also for remote travel and readily available.
A tyre plug repair kit of which there are many is useful to keep on board along with pieces of old car tyre sidewall and inner tube for temporary side wall repair.

Some times you can just get lucky. Another time your lucks out. Once in Namibia I had three punctures in a day inc split side wall. For 5 years I carried a set of tyre rods. Shopping with two tyre carcass on the roof. Drove the northern Mediterranean coast. The southern Mediterranean coast, did the French Atlantic coast, did the Pyrenees up and down.
The one spare tyre proved to be enough. The rods never got used.
If you are in a convoy then yeah maybe one of the cars maybe should have some kit like this. Maybe.
Wow that’s interesting. Another manufacturer making auxiliary fuel tanks for the Grenadier and a 105L to boot.
Other tha if you have signed up on their website, I see very little in the way of advertising. New brand needs to be advertised, like Jaecoo & BYD are constantly doing. Now all that Ineos needs to do is to find a way to sell a few. August saw 15(!?) sold across the UK ( out of 85000+ ). They may end the year with fewer than 150 cars sold in the UK in 2025.
Well I’ve just got off the phone to my dealer and your figure of how many will be sold in a year in the U.K. will be beaten by one dealer alone. A big order from one company for Quartermasters and figures in their 10s already in the last couple of months for other commercial orders. Very positive news. Ineos are slowly gaining traction through the deep mire of nay sayers. Now all that Ineos needs to do is to find a way to sell a few. August saw 15(!?) sold across the UK ( out of 85000+ ). That's great news, the more industrial usage and buyers the more confidence it will give and a huge boost to the reputation as the real dealWell I’ve just got off the phone to my dealer and your figure of how many will be sold in a year in the U.K. will be beaten by one dealer alone. Many of the utility companies plus the likes of network rail had these as the mainstay of their fleets. Some still do.Well I’ve just got off the phone to my dealer and your figure of how many will be sold in a year in the U.K. will be beaten by one dealer alone. In my past life building power lines we had the original 110 and 127 landrovers and we worked them real hard. We also had Reynolds Boughton 4x4s and Unimogs. By far the worst were Bedford CFE 4x4s and some Russian thing in a similar style on trial for while,Leyland Sherpa 4x4 and Vauxhall Brava 4x4. These were all crap and by far the best were the Landrovers. Hopefully Ineos can take over from all the Isuzu that the utility companies are using, which although not brilliant they are cheap. Many of the utility companies plus the likes of network rail had these as the mainstay of their fleets. Only a matter of time before they started to think about the Grenadier or Quartermaster.

It has looked like a lot of the industrial use and volunteers/rescue services were keeping old Defenders going as there was nothing as a genuine replacement. Hopefully the word is now out, I think it is around where I live, I saw 2 in the village when I was driving through in mine!In my past life building power lines we had the original 110 and 127 landrovers and we worked them real hard.
