I really don’t think breaking anything should be a concern. Fitting these covers will not compromise any of the components. I suppose finger nails could be at risk

It is such a tight fit that it just won't go even used my size 13s standing the straps and it wouldn't budge.

Mine are different especially the holes for the headrest smaller diameter hard to get over the plastic fittings makes me wonder if other dimensions are “smaller”

Hi everyone

I took delivery today of Melville and Moon seat covers tried to fit them this afternoon after 4 hours I gave up they are impossible to fit they were supplied with no instructions has the seat changed from 23 MY to 24.5MY ? and before you ask yes I am mechanically inclined I have had a LandRover for over 40 years+
Can anyone help with instructions etc I expected better from a premium brand.Below is the stage I got to when I gave up have they changed the seat design? or should I return them HELP.View attachment 7907337View attachment 7907341

Agree, mine are a poor fit compared to others, the console lid cover is awful

Strange - I didn't have this issue with mine. Yes, a little bit of a gap at the sides on the front seats and I have to tighten things up every six months or so. I know Recaro became insolvent at one point halting production of the Grenadier - but my understanding was that Recaro were saved by an Italian parent company and production moved to Italy. The spec wasn't supposed to have changed??
