Hi All,
As we know the Grenadier towing electrics are set up as the Continental way that doesn’t have a live feed for a caravan fridge.
My Dealer offered to do this work but today I called in to the guy who does my towball and electrics to see if he could do this as we are going away with the caravan before mine goes back to the dealership next.
Has anyone worked out where to take a live positive feed from to wire into the electrics socket so that the caravan fridge will operate correctly?
I would very much appreciate knowing from anyone who has managed to achieve this!
Thanks in anticipation,
John

In Australia we normally run a separate 50 amp Anderson circuit from the car's battery to the caravan, and the caravan fridge is powered by that. So two cables are plugged in being the towing electrics and the Anderson power. I had my Grenadier wired this way, but that does not help you with socket power.

It can be an alternative if the other way does not work.

Thanks, over here in the UK it is normal that the caravan fridge takes its power during travelling from the multi pin socket. Thanks, John
