I called Couch off-road to learn more about the tray and spoke with Jay Couch. He spent 30 mins giving me the low down. He is more than excited about the outcome and I am on the Dirtbox train. I wish I had a transcript of our call as every second he gave such good info.

The size: he has extended the tray to over 6 feet in length and width is same size as width to door handles.
20 gallon water tank
Spare tire is mount under the bed with a slide/box to hold it. It opens
19/20 gallon spare gas tank with ability to fit another 19 gallons by head rack.
The frame sits on a sub frame 3 point sub frame. The reasoning is the QM chassis is very stiff. He wanted to minimize flex between the flat tray and bed.
Rear winch mount, his test winch is 13k
With the added weight he is going with 1000 springs.
