Hi, If I have activated Carplay (IPhone 11) everything works, including the hands-free phone, etc. But the home screen shows like in the picture (no phone connected). So I can't see or select phone favorites. If I go to Settings at FAVORITES at the bottom of the display and connect to my smartphone, Carplay will be deactivated! Does anyone here have an explanation/solution to this?! Thx for Help

Just watched Robert Peppers' informative video and noticed INEOS have addressed one item that I thought could have been done much better. Below is a picture of my HEVAC controls, and the script is smaller than I would prefer. I already mentioned it to my agent. Notice the Trialmaster Robert had on demo had much bolder script on these controls than mine. I imagine all the new deliveries now have the improved panel. My VIN is 1070. Below is mine:

Just returned home cursing the Disco 4 auto screen wipe system and wondering if anyone has ideas/thought/knowledge of the IG screen wipe system. D3's were useable. early D4's acceptable but the 2016 version detection system is so hit-and-miss as to be totally frustrating.

Anyone know what this little light is in the centre of the overhead panel? I've noticed it come on from time to time but not sure what for? I can't find any reference to it in the handbook.

Thanks Stu. Let me be the first ! Set off today for a trip to the seaside, first time in the car with the wife and dogs. During the first 40 miles nearly every warning possible came up on the dash! The apple phone connection continually disconnected, tried resetting etc all to no avail. Worst, the passenger air bag system became faulty and a constant, loud, high pitched warning siren playing!! Found warning on scree, would not clear. Tried all ignition off, every one out, lock it up etc...

Have found the info on software version in the infotainment, next to the total km driven. Mine is SW0000000353001939 Would be interested to see what version other customer cars have.

first orange light, came intermittently on for about 30 secs then off… didn’t clear until I switched the car off and on. Then this didn’t come back - but the car then decided there was something else to worry about (orange again)… sorry couldn’t remember what that one was - but ‘rebooting’ the car made it go away. I knew the Grenadier had a WIFI signal, Apple Car Play uses this together with Bluetooth, for wireless connection of the iPhone. But, anyone connected to it with an Android phone? Does anyone know what the password is?

Hi All After watching Ingmar's video about tips and tricks I thought I would see if I could power the NATO socket when in "car wash mode" and the answer is yes you can but as the vehicle is essentially in neutral it bongs when you open the door however you can have the rear doors open without the bong. Strangely during all this investigation I could not get the rear loadspace lamp and the rear passenger lamp to go out it's ok now but needs further investigation.

Does anyone know if it is possible to replace the little icon with notes in the USB-A audio screen with images? I tried, as was possible in my Alpine, to load the pen drive in the relative albums of the .jpg but they are not read. Advice? Or do you not think it's possible at all?
