Trickle Charger hookup location

Where did you get that connection to the trailer power socket
It was either paddocks or Craddocks or JGS4x4 or one of those other Land Rover spares websites, can’t remember which! I’m sure it’s the same part they all sell, was about £40.

So is that from ctek can you send a link

Where do you add the negative to? The positive is clearly labelled.
You can use any earth point, on the petrol model I use the engine lifting eye which is just visible under the bottom left of the engine cover.

Thanks. Sorry I just edited my post as I saw for diesel it's under the engine cover but ideally I don't want to leave the engine cover off whilst I'm away.

There are other good earth points near the jump start post. There are some bolts near front left of rad as you look into the engine bay that serve as good earthing points. I will try and find a photo.
I’ve just got this back from Ineos re charging profile.

Hi Dave

Yes use the AGM setting, most chargers have now are “smart” and do a slow start and slow finish on the charge.

Although it is an EFB the charging profiles operated by the Vehicle ( BCM and smart charge system) operate as an AGM profile.

Thanks

Thank you so much. Photo would be much appreciated as I found nothing in the book
