Mobile phone mount and charging process

I purchased this mount from Lisen Lisen Magsafe Phone Mount. It was $30. It will rotate 360 degrees and folds flat when you don't want to use it. The reason i like having my phone at hand is, since IG doesn't come with home link buttons, I use my garage door opener app. I have not run a charging cable to it yet, but plan to soon.

I know you can't photograph your phone on the mount if you need to use your phone to take said photograph, but if you can manage to use another camera, please share a shot of the phone on the mount.

Likely I can make my own in my machine shop pretty quick. I hope the front plastic strip pops off exposing some tapped holes. Then I can attach anything.
