My 4 year old granddaughter is obsessed with space. She uses the pee pee pronunciation for the bum planet. I blame kid's TV for that!

Hopefully it’ll help form a solid foundation so they’re ready to take on the world with whatever it is they want to do..
Could not agree more, my daughter now 18, born in Australia, grew up in Zambia, Madagascar, Laos and PNG, and a lot of remote Australia travelling extensively, now back in Oz completing school, worldly, confident, calm and slightly confused with what worries her friends and those that have been sheltered from the “real” world.

Really enjoying your channel and updates on here, travelling with children makes you look and discover with innocence again.

Dingleberry#2 asked how mad I'd be if she moved 1.5 hrs away. If we'd still see each other. If I cared. Her mom was apparently giving her grief. I said no, we only see each other once a month as it is. On the other hand, I told her to move to Portugal if she that concerned about leaving home, and I'll visit 3 months out of the year. They took after their mom. Quite settled compared to me.

G'day @Matt P. It's been a short while and I'm getting withdrawals. You created this addiction! YouTube is great to keep up with your adventures but what's happening on the equipment side. Are you sorted out yet?
Sorry about that! 😂 We planned to catch up much faster than we've been able to, unfortunately. There's been a ton of driving and things going on our end.

On the equipment side of things, it's all coming together quite nicely. All the parts have been shipped from Patriot in Australia and arrived in Mongolia at the Patriot dealership. It's going to take a while to show the full story, which is going to take some patience on your end, but I think it will be much better to see it all unfold as we catch up. We hugely value the support we've received and want to do it justice. Just know that things are all good this end.

We did plan to get the next video out this evening but we bumped into some close friends over the last four days. This has led to the video being delayed until next week as we wanted to make the most of our time with them by being present.. I hope that's not too frustrating and you can understand where we're coming from. 🙂🙏 We're really trying, it's just a balance on a trip like this. Lots to juggle but this is top of mind.

I don’t think this is the place do go down this rabbit hole.
Well, question answered. But yea, if you’re traveling the world 5 sever cases after periodic updated vaccinations is of huge interest to some of us. Your ball, moving along.

I see the reasons of not wanting to discuss but for others it would be very important. I was constantly told I would die if I stepped out my door so we lived as hermits and now partake in all available jabs. I have had that many I can't recall the number. Whether any of this is right or wrong or even of any benefit, who knows, but to people like me who don't travel but would love to and have plans to retire early so they can. I have spent years being told it is not advisable to visit certain places, including the legality to carrying some of my UK prescribed drugs being criminal offences in some countries. As I get older I care less, but then the wife worries more.

There is no right or wrong answer to any of this but like @Zimm I would be interested to know for personal reasons. I understand it's a difficult decision and we will all be vilified which ever option we choose so, if you really do not want to say publicly then don't feel pressured from some gullible idiot on the other side of the Internet.

5 separate instances makes me think you're being exposed to some regional variants but I wouldn't really know about such things. We've had it once and my partner is constantly exposed. I fret that SARS‑CoV‑2 is now generally endemic and will be forever.

Take care.
