Thread 'Cargo Crates & Bed Leveler Hack/Bodge'
I picked up 8 collapsible crates that fit perfectly in the cargo load space: They are crate that are accessible from the side, so you don’t need to remove them to access the bottom crates: Then, when the crates are collapsed, they are the perfect height to level the cargo area when the seats are folded down, enabling a mat or mattress to go on top to sleep in the back:
Thread '67 Designs Mounts'
Hey all, just noticed that 67 designs (https://www.67d.com/) just posted some specific dash mounting solutions for the Grenadier! I've already purchased and installed the left-hand side mount pack - super impressed with it! It attaches to the corner of the infotainment screen via some 3M VHB tape + fastener/screws - was simple to install and is solid (I haven't had any movement/vibrations in the mount so far!). I've mounted my iPhone on the left of the infotainment and plan to put a GoPro or...
Hello everybody, I would like to install airline rails in the car boot of my Grenadier in the roof lining to attach hooks or something similar. Has anyone already done this and can tell me how the airline rails can be attached? Greetings Roland
I need to remove the drivers inside door panel to replace the side view mirror. Any tips? Is it simply prying out the panel from spring clips as with most cars?
Thread 'Glasses Case'
Hi everyone, I couldn't find a thread "glasses case" or similar. I'd like to replace the handle on the inside of the roof on the driver's side with a glasses case. The attached picture shows an example. So far I have not been able to find a suitable glasses case, as the suppliers do not specify the distance between the attachment points or it does not fit Gren's needs. Only suitable vehicle models are - sometimes - specified. Has anyone already made such a replacement of the handle...
Can someone please supply the OAD of the steering wheel and the diameter of the outer ring itself (Nappa)? I don't seem to remember it being mentioned in any threads I've read. Many thanks.
I would love to put in a foldable rear bench seat (facing sideways). I understand it's not roadworthy in Australia but for driving on our property and some sand driving it would be great of anyone had any insights.
Thread 'Trunk for the day day'
I have been thinking about how to solve the problems of holding non-heavy objects on a daily basis, nothing to do with the storage solutions that are seen in the forum, the idea was something light so that things do not go banging around. the trunk, they are homemade solutions (Bricolage), taking advantage of things that were around the house from previous cars, a reversible mat on one side Rubber and on the other carpet from my previous Audi allroad, a roll of fastening from my previous...
Had a guy at Home Depot told me the touchscreen dash looks like the dash in a BMW i8. When I looked it up he was right. Just thought that was interesting. Have a wonderful evening everyone

Bonsoir à tous Pare soleil pour écran Grenadier pour raids ensoleillés à venir.
Thread 'Is Sir Ratcliffe a closet Dr Who Fan?'
When seeing member TheDocAUS’s profile pic I’m always struck at how similar it looks to the center console, which is not an accidental design. A casual comparison to the classic BBC Dr Who show nemesis the “Daleks” is uncanny imo:
Has anybody yet removed and successfully re-installed the roof liner, or does perhaps knows how to do it? I want to run my dashcam cable from the back door to the front behind the roof liner because I will not have to buy and use an extension cable. To run it along the door sills requires more bends and has more sources of error for bruising and damage to the (sensitive) coax cable.
Thread 'Door seals and Dynamat roller'
DOOR SEALS AND A "DYNAMAT ROLLER" When I had the dashcam recently installed I noticed the installer used a “Dynamat Roller” on the door seals, once he had put them back in place by hand. As I might remove the seals from time to time, I bought one. I used it when I got it and found some seals were not completely in position (possibly after the Anderson plug to the roof was installed). Every so often I will give the seals a roll. It is much easier to use a roller, than pressing hard by hand...
Thread 'Under seat storage bags'
Had these for 5 months now. Very cheap, reasonably well made for that money and waterproof. £6 each at Tesco In the children's school section they are sold as lunch bags, and fit perfectly under the Grenadier's front seats
My rear passenger seat makes a clicking sound when anyone sits in that spot. The middle seat, and seat behind drivers seat are fine. When you put a small amount of back pressure on the back, I think the rear plastic on the back of the seat bulges out making a clicking or popping sound. It was the first thing my wife noticed, and same thing from my son on his first ride ? Anyone else ?
Does anyone have a link to aftermarket L-track suppliers (Australia preferred). I've picked up from the different forum threads that you get different sizes and not sure which ones are compatible or rather the same size as what Ineos uses. I am in the process of purchasing a drawer system that uses the INEOS utility rails, but I didn't order them with the car, so want to make sure I buy the correct Track.
Thread 'Interior Utility rail dimensions'
I am looking for the dimensions below if anyone has it please. L-track width, pitch and hole diameter. They are a number of different aftermarket sizes and pitches, so just want o to make sure I buy the correct one.
Thread '67 Designs - iPhone Mag Mount Install'
Integrated the 67 designs Grenadier phone mount pack w/ Magmount for Iphone. The unit is on the bulky side of what I am used to when comparing to the Course Motorsports mounts I have used in the past. The construction seems to be well made but noticed one of the screw locations should be moved over so you can cleanly access around ball mount. The phone sits on the higher side but don't notice any obstructions. The Go Pro mount will be great for any expeditions. The mount is certainly...
Anyone know whether INEOS/dealers sell the plastic trim surrounding the cupholders? Looks like mine got marked up by stuff flying around while off roading. I'll probably get over it in a couple of days but figured I'd ask lol.
