I'm curious, would you guys recommend an offset compared to the stock wheel? To be fair offset still confused me and apparently the lower or higher the number, the more poke you have? I'd be ideally running a 33 inch pizza cutter of some kind. Don't want bigger than that.

It all depends on the amount of poke you want; I wanted none, and thus went with a Method 703 (7.5" wide wheel, ET50) with a 255/80/17.

As the number gets lower (either to zero, or negative) the wheel moves further outward. A great visual aid to compare this is www.WillTheyFit.com where you can put in the factory wheel/tire specs and the aftermarket option and it will show you where the new setup will sit in relation to everything

When you say custom made by Braid, was the shaving off of the hub to your spec done at Braid factory in Spain or done by the reseller Stateside?

No- made in Spain with my specifications.
