What did you do with your Grenadier today?

I had the same kit installed on Wednesday. CR5177HP for standard height suspension.
I swapped a goofy eye for an inflation valve on each side.

With the airbags fitted it was riding high without a corresponding load so I have put 60kg (132lb) of ballast in the back for a couple of weeks to take out some of the height and bounce while the bags settle into shape. Airbags should only be inflated to restore ride height after the rear springs are loaded up. Minimum pressure is 5psi to retain shape and prevent pinching.

What pressure you like running at normal ? 5-10 psi?

Did your installer leave a sticker with a QR code in your vehicle? It has the instructions for correct inflation and safe use.

Minimum unloaded pressure is 5psi.
Maximum pressure is 60psi for this HP kit (with the protective sleeves).
There's no fixed operating pressure. They are inflated sufficient to restore ride height.

Apologies if you know this already:

1. Measure the ride height from the lowest point of a rear wheel rim to a fixed body point like the edge of a wheel flare.
2. Add the load, connect the trailer, etc.
3. Inflate both airbags equally until the original ride height is restored. Do not exceed 60psi.
4. When the load is removed deflate the airbags to 5psi.

Do not use the airbags as a poor man's lift kit. Inflating the bags without a corresponding load on the suspension will restrict operation of the springs and make the vehicle unstable. Bad things will come from that.

Don't use a compressor to inflate the bags. Use a foot pump, hand pump or a low volume cordless inflator.

Also if you go offroad (significant spring articulation) make sure the bags are at the minimum 5-10psi.
Or else the bottom perch may dislocate and you will not be able to relocate it easily. Happened to me, and it also dislodged the airbag inflation nipple at the top. I had to take it to a 4wd shop.
So if you unload either vehicle and/or disconnect trailer/van - deflate the airbags!
Easy to forget , but don't!

Finally got to setup and install my new 3/4 Leitner roof rack. First roof rack I’ve installed and I got to say, I’m impressed with Leitner’s build and quality. Easy to follow instructions. I got my Leitner pod delivered today, and I’m planning to install it this weekend. Owning a Grenadier has made me more hands on with my Truck. I’m now eager to tackle the next project.

Thanks @Tazzieman. I have yet to load up and hitch up with the airbags fitted to establish what a typical pressure will be. I'm hopeful I can use a repeatable reference point like a level drawbar instead of checking the height each time. It's not an exact science and not millimetre critical.

What I have learned is my vehicle no longer fits in my garage with the Leitner rack and airbags fitted . It should settle down as the airbags free up. I only need to get about 5mm back. An aux tank would resolve it, plus a GVM upgrade, plus...

I am guessing you have factory springs? I have the slightly longer Ebach springs and the competitors air bags, and have not had that problem with wheel lifts.
I am guessing it was caused by the inflated air bags being longer than the fully extended springs, and then sliding off the base. ?

I have the factory springs matched to extra weight of the sliders+winch+bullbar
The problem was I forgot to deflate them and went on a gnarly track with full articulation at one point.
The bags were held against the springs. The guys at the shop that fixed it (removed sway bar etc etc) said ''you wont do that again will you'?!"
And I guess it's unlikely!
