What an I missing... or is Ineos missing something???

Something must be askew. No matter the event, challenge or participants, effort not withstanding as practice, training, studying or campaigning has no effect, I’m the master of 4th place.
That was an inspiring almost-podium-placement speech. “Pennsylvania - Quakers Being A**holes Since 1681.”

I have had mine since September and now have 14,000 miles on it. The software update fixes most of the ADAS issues. I intentionally ordered mine with safari roofs because I’m sick and tired of leaking sunroofs. Every car I have ever owned with a sunroof eventually leaks. At the moment that includes a F150 King Ranch and a Cayenne GTS both of which leak.

The turning radius can be improved if by adjusting the stops if it is bothering you that much.

The only issue that I have had is the driveshaft was replaced at 12,000 because of a failing front CV joint. In fact, this is the only real issue with the design. They pinon angle is utter shit causing real issues with the CV’s. The high angle is causing constant flexing of the rubber boot which causes heat and destroys the boot leading to it dumping grease and eventually failing. I predict that these becomes a recall and an entirely different driveshaft gets designed or even better at replacement front axle with an appropriate pinon angle.

Otherwise it’s a damn great truck. My favorite car I have ever owned.
I agree 100% about the bending angle of the front drive shaft, that is a faulty design and there are some owners with technical knowledge who see it the same way, but there are too few...unfortunately it is not enough to change the front pinion angle, because the problems come from the angle on the transfer case or this joint is more affected.... a very annoying situation.

This isn't accurate at all. While the brakes are brembo, the seats are Recaro, the springs are eibach, the axles are Carraro, etc. None of them are simply off the shelf components. Every auto manufacturer has parts built by other companies. That's literally the car industry. Ineos just sed names that are easily marketable and recognizable.

Toyota uses Bilstein dampers on their TRD Sport and Off Road models, but they aren't generic Bilstein shocks that were sitting on a shelf, they are purposely designed for the vehicle.

There's nothing "modified" or "mods" about it.
I was essentially making your argument, the history of that conversation was that i had seen what i considered a $200k Gren for sale at my dealer. It had an ineos window sticker, the dealer had it on the lot and the dealers sales guy tried to sell it to me. If you want one you can now reserve one on the ineos Gren corp website where i ordered my Gren from. I was told by this other poster first that I had made a typo, then that it wasn't a proper Gren because it had portal axels among other things not available on regular grens out of the factory. I pointed out as you did that the gren was built totally of parts from other MFR and ineos maybe just made the sheet metal. I further pointed out that many of Grens standard options you check on the order form are installed at the dealer and not the factory.
