Im not going to disagree but after the work, we have had some good rain and no leaks. Since no one sees it I am not complaining. That sealant application looks like a blind person did it.. wtf!?

My safari seal has a layer of clear silicon sealant that overlaps the gasket and the metal roof.Im not going to disagree but after the work, we have had some good rain and no leaks. Since no one sees it I am not complaining.
Thanks for the information. Here are pictures from today. Some on how it looks with them closed and then window out. You will notice they went wild with the sealant and even used the sealant on the rubber grommet that leads to drain hole. Since I was up there, I did clean around the seas with just water. I have a sunroof cleaner kit that I will use as fall wraps up. I also use canister of compress air to blow down the drain holes from time to time.
You're not a rugged fellow who believes in patina? An they OWE you a new headliner. Holy f**k.
Only I get to patina my truck. You're not a rugged fellow who believes in patina?
youre getting a wet floor from condensation?Just the other day I scrolled past this thread and thought to myself "well, at least I don't have this issue". Today I discovered that I do indeed have this issue. At this point, I am just afraid to read this forum.
My drivers floor is always covered in water. I have the rubber floor mats on top of the regular floor. All the water collects in the mat and evaporates within reasonable time frame.youre getting a wet floor from condensation?
Would you buy one again? My drivers floor is always covered in water. I have the rubber floor mats on top of the regular floor. All the water collects in the mat and evaporates within reasonable time frame.
Additionally my rear and back side windows all leak. Dealer "Couldn't Replicate".
Yes, I think it is the AC compressor recall.youre getting a wet floor from condensation?
Wouldn't be high on my list, don't get me wrong, I enjoy it, but it's not what was promised and not in a better way. I would have rather dumped a bit more money and gotten a real D110 or maybe a D130.Would you buy one again?
Is there an official recall? If so, does anyone have details on it? I have occasional condensation leaks in the driver’s footwell, but I just pulled the rubber mat and bottom floor piece out and it was only slightly damp. We had some heavy rains the last couple days so I’m not surprised to have some moisture down there from wet boots.Yes, I think it is the AC compressor recall.

Thats a TSB, so, being that you've demonstrated the issue, you should get a fix. TSB's unlike recalls aren't forever. Don't wait 6 years.
I am convinced a lot of people (especially the ones with carpet) have this issue. Just like all the other issues on this forum, they just haven't noticed. The backside of the carpet is also wet for me.View attachment 7909968
I noticed this problem with my Grenadier end of August 2025. (I have had it since May...so could have been happening without me knowing...I also don't drive it much). Got it into service with a loaner (Sela Green Grenadier, love the color for the Grenadier) on September 23rd. Scheduled to get it back on October 7th. Two weeks! They mentioned back ups from other vehicles needing service...not sure why they would deprioritize this for service. Today, the word "roadblock" was used. Apparently they are confused as what to do to put it back together and what steps to take according to IA and seeing IA guidance. I think the positive there is that IA is taking all of the trail-and-error they have experienced over this fix and taking note. Fingers crossed
Forget water bottles, forget hydration packs. Why settle for aftermarket when your Grenadier generates its own fresh water supply directly into the cabin? That little AC condensation leak you spotted in the footwell? That’s not a leak. That’s cutting-edge expedition hydration engineering.
The Grenadier AquaPak™ — Adventure-Grade Hydration System
Why It’s Awesome
- On-Demand Oasis – Drive a few miles, boom, you’ve got enough water droplets for a morale-boosting sip.
- Self-Filling Reservoir – No need for a CamelBak. Just park on an incline, let the Grenadier do its thing, and harvest that crystal-clear AC nectar.
- Eco-Friendly – Harvesting atmospheric condensation? That’s practically off-grid science fiction. NASA called. They’re jealous.
Overlanding Scenarios
- Desert Trek: Lost in the Sahara? No problem. Crank the AC, kick back, and watch as your Grenadier slowly turns into a personal oasis.
- Trail Hero: When your buddy’s Jeep breaks down, you don’t just tow him...you hydrate him. Hand him a little puddle from your “footwell fountain.” Instant trail cred.
- Campfire Bragging Rights: Others have rooftop tents and solar panels. You’ve got a built-in atmospheric water generator.
