As been said before, get the offer in writing and then if you can trust the brand and the experience is something you want, go for it. Get the legal confidence too ( as been mentioned)I really don’t know, Ineos never communicated with customers here it seems. So I’m not sure if Ineos is part of the solution or if they aren’t. Not a single email I’ve ever sent to any Ineos representative has ever been acknowledged. I really can’t say.
