Well I tried

I really don’t know, Ineos never communicated with customers here it seems. So I’m not sure if Ineos is part of the solution or if they aren’t. Not a single email I’ve ever sent to any Ineos representative has ever been acknowledged. I really can’t say.
As been said before, get the offer in writing and then if you can trust the brand and the experience is something you want, go for it. Get the legal confidence too ( as been mentioned)

UPDATE SEPTEMBER 15
I have been given options
Take delivery of the first 2026 they receive.
An eldoret blue Fieldmaster, with 18” wheels, hitch, premium audio, safari windows.

Order a new 2026 and wait. Keep the loaner I have.

My build Base, add hitch, ladder, premium audio, leather, high load switches, rough pack, privacy glass, interior utility rails,

Option one comes sooner, option B later.
Not sure where to go with this one. Waiting on delivery “eta” for my build
Not sure how lemon laws compare to US but I'd request ALL costs related to the purchase back (financing charges (if any), lost earnings, insurance pro-rated when sitting etc..) These are all compensable under US lemon-law. You decide if you want to roll the dice on a 26' w/ cash in hand.

We have no lemon laws, we have a voluntary system that Ineos isn’t a part of. As a vehicle owner in Canada it’s a lawsuit. There’s no consumer protection
