Im not going to disagree but after the work, we have had some good rain and no leaks. Since no one sees it I am not complaining. That sealant application looks like a blind person did it.. wtf!?

My safari seal has a layer of clear silicon sealant that overlaps the gasket and the metal roof.Im not going to disagree but after the work, we have had some good rain and no leaks. Since no one sees it I am not complaining.
Thanks for the information. Here are pictures from today. Some on how it looks with them closed and then window out. You will notice they went wild with the sealant and even used the sealant on the rubber grommet that leads to drain hole. Since I was up there, I did clean around the seas with just water. I have a sunroof cleaner kit that I will use as fall wraps up. I also use canister of compress air to blow down the drain holes from time to time.
You're not a rugged fellow who believes in patina? An they OWE you a new headliner. Holy f**k.
Only I get to patina my truck. You're not a rugged fellow who believes in patina?
youre getting a wet floor from condensation?Just the other day I scrolled past this thread and thought to myself "well, at least I don't have this issue". Today I discovered that I do indeed have this issue. At this point, I am just afraid to read this forum.
My drivers floor is always covered in water. I have the rubber floor mats on top of the regular floor. All the water collects in the mat and evaporates within reasonable time frame.youre getting a wet floor from condensation?
Would you buy one again? My drivers floor is always covered in water. I have the rubber floor mats on top of the regular floor. All the water collects in the mat and evaporates within reasonable time frame.
Additionally my rear and back side windows all leak. Dealer "Couldn't Replicate".
Yes, I think it is the AC compressor recall.youre getting a wet floor from condensation?
Wouldn't be high on my list, don't get me wrong, I enjoy it, but it's not what was promised and not in a better way. I would have rather dumped a bit more money and gotten a real D110 or maybe a D130.Would you buy one again?
Is there an official recall? If so, does anyone have details on it? I have occasional condensation leaks in the driver’s footwell, but I just pulled the rubber mat and bottom floor piece out and it was only slightly damp. We had some heavy rains the last couple days so I’m not surprised to have some moisture down there from wet boots.Yes, I think it is the AC compressor recall.
