Im not going to disagree but after the work, we have had some good rain and no leaks. Since no one sees it I am not complaining.

My safari seal has a layer of clear silicon sealant that overlaps the gasket and the metal roof.

For your car , they seem to have sealed between the gasket and the metal surface

This is what I am saying about these roofs.. worst case scenario- go to town with a caulk gun and it will be waterproof….

Here are pictures from today. Some on how it looks with them closed and then window out. You will notice they went wild with the sealant and even used the sealant on the rubber grommet that leads to drain hole. Since I was up there, I did clean around the seas with just water. I have a sunroof cleaner kit that I will use as fall wraps up. I also use canister of compress air to blow down the drain holes from time to time.

Mine has the main seals glued in with black silicone. Nothing has been done with the drain hole, I think. The glass is clamped down firmer than it was. The seal on our glass seems to be pressed against the roof so a s to stop the water getting to the initial area that tje water would collect and drain from, is this correct. I'm guessing it has different seals around the glass? This is what I told the dealer that it needs to stop water initially entering the collection channel around the current only seal.

My drivers floor is always covered in water. I have the rubber floor mats on top of the regular floor. All the water collects in the mat and evaporates within reasonable time frame.

Additionally my rear and back side windows all leak. Dealer "Couldn't Replicate".

Wouldn't be high on my list, don't get me wrong, I enjoy it, but it's not what was promised and not in a better way. I would have rather dumped a bit more money and gotten a real D110 or maybe a D130.

But in reality I should have just picked up a second Rivian and called it a day. I have a Scout on order, I might trade in the Gren for that or get the Scout and relegate the Gren to a second home vehicle.

I have occasional condensation leaks in the driver’s footwell, but I just pulled the rubber mat and bottom floor piece out and it was only slightly damp. We had some heavy rains the last couple days so I’m not surprised to have some moisture down there from wet boots.
