Small claims in Canada no lawyers. That’s the problem I’d be going up against corporate representatives that are lawyers I would have to self represent.

Hey stupid question - did you have your dealers wrap the AC lines? I just noticed some footwell leaking a few days ago so dropped it off at my dealer on my way out of town - they said they would wrap everything with insulation tape - just condensation buildup in warm humid weather. No sure what your situation is - whether this was also happening in cool/cold weather.

Yes they wrapped them the last time. This is something else. There is zero condensate coming out under the truck, all of it is inside. They’ve had the heater core out 3 times, replaced it once. There is just no end to it. Per the dealership they did everything Ineos advised them to do and yet it continues to just fill the floors with water under the rugs.

That’s insane - I think Ineos owes you a new one. Especially given the distance to the dealer from PEI
