Thank you very much for this update. I was hopeful that you were able to clear the service overdue warning and let us know. I have first hand experience with one dealer; so far, so good. I asked my distant dealer if they correct the service overdue warning with the custom calculation and he said, yes, that's exactly what they do. In reading within this forum, however, it's clear that not all dealers operate at the same service level with respect to Grenadier expertise and customer satisfaction.I sent the NHTSA notice to the service advisor and explicitly stated I was requesting the custom calculation. Never the less I got my Grenny back and they did not do the custom calculation. However the AC works beautifully now!
I'm taking a road trip soon, me and my service overdue warning. I contacted another Ineos dealer (new to me) along my route. I asked for the custom calculation regarding service overdue. They said, yes, no problem, see you then. I will report back.
