New Year Service Overdue Bug

And, very importantly, why are the Aussie reminders in the format xxxxDay, whereas others are expressed as xxxxd ??
I have both. On the main screen is says 2051 days and in settings under active warnings and status it says 2051d. I’m in the U.K.

That’s gone straight over my head after 1/2 bottle of red.
Mine was built on the 19 January 2023 and I now have a 2051 day overdue service date. Work that one out if you can 🤔. 🍷 cheers.
Need the last service reset date. Applying the signed / unsigned error, your last service date would be May 27, 2020, so that doesn't make sense.

Still not sure why 2026 would trigger the error and not, for instance, the day before. It's not a leap year so it shouldn't need any exceptional processing.

Setting the date back to 31/12/25 and turning the car off for 30mins does clear the error.....until you set the date back to Auto and bingo you are overdue. This means that a hack of setting the dates back to clear the error does not work. My next test is to set the car back to 25/12/25 and let it clock over a day overnight and then manually set the date to the correct date tomorrow. If this fails then we are likely looking at a firmware update. Perhaps we should all take our cars back to Ineos HQ in Australia on the same day.

This appears to be a worldwide problem not just Australia. Ineos have posted to say they are aware … see screenshot.

Uncool.

My date was correct, but I still got an error message. I turned of auto date and changed it to the second, and shut it down.

Is this deliberate sabotage by some programer?

Took both of mine down, 2025 QM with the most current software and the 2024 Gren Station Wagon that has not had the software update. Adjusted both to not have the automatic time, and even 'adjusted' the year back to 2025 thinking it would fool the system to get rid of the service notice - no dice unfortunately!

Anyone not have the overdue message?

My vehicle is in transit. If it has the bug I don’t see it. This is now a philosophical question for me - “ if an Ineos has an error message that the owner doesn’t see then does it really exist? “

😂😂😂🙌🏽
