New Year Service Overdue Bug

I’m comparing how they dealt with the recall software update, not the software bugs. This is such a minor issue compared to what Toyota is dealing with their engines.
That is exactly my point, look how Lucid decided to work with customer feedback and show transparency. Also the Toyota thing is my point as well, how can you compare such a long time company to Ineos??? It doesn't make sense too me.
