I agree it’s cringe… she acts like they are a mom n pop brand ( jumping up n down screaming because a celebrity mentioned their business) .

On the other hand their post sale customer service strategy is not mom n pop style, rather that of a sterile corporation with no B2C strategy

This externalized bipolar behavior is concerning.
