So my front drive shaft CV at the transfer case is spitting grease but the boot is intact. What could be the issue?

There’s a split. You just can’t see it. Maybe needs centripetal force to open, maybe use your fingers, but whether you see it or not-
replace that joint ASAP!

I was on my way to Florida and camped in Talladega National Forest and decided to check the driveline after about a 5 hour drive on paved backroads and some gravel forest service roads. Prior to departing, I had checked the CV boots and no grease was observed. Most driving was below 55 mph. Upon inspection after arrival at the campsite, I observed the grease that was swung out of the transfer case side CV. I decided to limp back home ( about 115 miles ) that evening thinking that traffic was minimal at night so I could drive slow. I was able to make it home driving no faster than 40 mph and stopped about every 10 miles to check on the CV. This morning I dropped it off at Regal here and asked them to remove the Eibach lift and replace the front prop shaft to improve reliability - one of the reasons I bought it.
