Front drive shaft spitting grease

So my front drive shaft CV at the transfer case is spitting grease but the boot is intact. What could be the issue?

So my front drive shaft CV at the transfer case is spitting grease but the boot is intact. What could be the issue?

Did you check the whole circumference of the boot. They usually fail in one small section first. Then they open up fully later.

There’s a split. You just can’t see it. Maybe needs centripetal force to open, maybe use your fingers, but whether you see it or not-
replace that joint ASAP!
