Sad Ineos is making us deal with this mess.

Yes, but if equivalent to the Ineos shaft at half the cost, I’d keep a spare to swap as preventative maintenance.

Spare is good.
... if you have the tools and knowledge to replace that joint in the field.
After replacing the driveshaft this morning, I realized that, should mine fail somewhere in the sticks, I wouldn't have been able to replace the joint.
