My basic Bluetooth dongle to my phone works on the Grenadier. The only communication that I would really like from Ineos at the moment is to be told where I can buy a handheld fault code reader that will plug into the Grenadier. Once I have that they can maintain radio silence as far as I am concerned.
Thank You - I will give it a go - I have had that irritating orange engine icon for a week or so - it only normally lasts a few days - might be able to wipe itMy basic Bluetooth dongle to my phone works on the Grenadier.
It can read a whole range of sensors.
The only real error I have had was when one of the egr rods broke, it reset that code. It doesn't reset the service warning.
If yours is a diesel it might be the same as what I had. The original pushrods on the EGR can crack and flash up a code.Thank You - I will give it a go - I have had that irritating orange engine icon for a week or so - it only normally lasts a few days - might be able to wipe it
Thanks will try basic self diagnostics - booked in for a service on Feb 3rd with Compass so will get them to check then if no joy earlier - having all my sticky locks replaced the as well. Funny things - all five of them stick when the weather is damp and the temperature is in the 40 to 50 F range. All work fine if the air is dry or if the temperature is below 40 or above 60 degrees. Working a treat now with the temperature at about 25.If yours is a diesel it might be the same as what I had. The original pushrods on the EGR can crack and flash up a code.

If you haven't had the door buttons already replaced then you probably haven't had the EGR pushrods done either. Thanks will try basic self diagnostics - booked in for a service on Feb 3rd with Compass so will get them to check then if no joy earlier - having all my sticky locks replaced the as well.
