5 Year Trip in a Grenadier Across the World towing a Patriot X3 Which We Live In.

Did you ever figure out what event started the fracture? That reeeeally sucks
All we can put it down to is cumulative fatigue. The trailer has been regularly serviced, the last one was 10 days before this event. It was definitely not a big impact and then sudden collapse.

We take it easy but we’ve done a lot of off-roading. The trailer always takes the worst of it because it’s really hard to maintain a good line for both vehicles.

The kids are only getting bigger. Is there an ST5 in the future?
You’d have to ask Patriot about that. (That’s the only way we could do it) It would be great to try one out, especially for the Americas. 😎

Hopefully Justin and Sarah see the awesome PR it would be for them.

We have been learning from your experiences documented on YouTube.
We are getting sorted and are trying to define what tools to take on our international trip. We will take our Trialmaster and not bring a trailer.
What should we include in a basic tool roll -
If space allows what should be added -
It goes without saying that the Ineos on-line service info is very valuable.
Thanks,
PS your kids will have many memories and experiences

Honest feedback. My wife and I watched the first few episodes then couldn't stand your wife going off on eco/political/life rants. What makes it worse is your wife is young with a lot to learn, we couldn't look past this and it was enough for us to stop watching. Shame as the content and journey was really good. We might try again at some point and hopefully these rants stopped. This isn't intended as criticism, it's honest feedback.

Would that be an opinion better expressed in a private message?

What a jackass …. and yeah this isn’t intended on being a criticism, it’s just my honest feedback.

@Farmer
May I suggest you spend some time on https://projectwildearth.com/ to understand the actual purpose of this family's journey. It is not foremost produced for entertainment purposes. There is a strong social message to Matt and Leah's work. Perhaps you missed that in Leah's introduction to every episode so you have different expectations.

The broad consensus of this forum is that Matt and Leah are doing an amazing job. Many forum members are invested in their success; literally and figuratively, and look forward to each new episode.

The man has a right to his opinion. You can disagree but there’s no need to call someone names for having the balls to speak his mind.

The fact you don’t know this is criticism makes you the dumb ass, dumb ass.

File this under “shit twat waffles wouldn’t say in person”. I hope he runs into you at random fuel station someday and knocks your teeth out… not intended violently of course.

He’s just being an asshole. “Your wife going off…” is something he wouldn’t have the nuts to “opine” about in person.
