Workshop Manuals available?

Of course there is only one. How typical of Ineos Automotive.

It is highly unlikely that the nut in questions is specific to the Grenadier axle. It is almost certainly used elsewhere. Given this there is definitely a tool available to fit. The issue is finding it. Why must Ineos make everything so difficult.........
AM General did the same thing. They used a Penta nut on the bead locks.

I know Kent Moore Tool made those sockets.

Here’s the torque wrench used to torque up my hub nuts to 600Nm. It’s what the dealer uses on Fendt tractors ! No picture of the actual hub nut socket I’m afraid. It must be a trade secret

I'm eagerly awaiting my access... Got some things I want to look up. Specifically the wires to the pin in the head lights. Want to add a relay to the full beam and want to confirm the wire color for the high beam wire to the headlight.

You’ll be lucky if you can find anything detailed on the wiring.

I can't read that pin out diagram. The pin numbering looks like nothing I get from Deutsch.
At a guess Connector 035 plug 1 pin 3 for left side high beam. Connector 035 plug 2 pin 3 for right side. Connector 074 is the BCM plug AC08 pin number. Be careful some BCMs fault detect and sometimes cutting into the harness for driving light signal without some protection from the relay like a diode can cause faults or damage to BCMs.

Ah, I see what you're saying. It's the pin count on the lamp side. I looked at the center area that looked like a connector but I now see that is more like a bus connector.

Good call on diode protection. Ideally I want a really high resistance coil so I don't bother the circuit. I'll see what I can find.

parb,

Link to earier thread.

Not sure if the link will work, When I was looking for info my colours were slightly different to another model so might be best to check.

Solid-state relay may be the simplest method to protect the BCM. Genuine TE Deutsch connectors will have pin numbers on the housing.
