Workshop Manuals available?

Maybe the manual will outline a way to bypass the brake press requirement for ignition so that we can finally get remote start installed.

Sounds like it's not actually a manual but some sort of interactive diagnosis tool. Perhaps that's why it requires user access and probably has some cost to run. However, charging customers for that seems crazy to me. Just develop a PDF version and share it? Seems to me that would create much more community interest and creativity around the Grenadier platform too.

Is there anywhere in the sales literature that Ineos said the manual would be free? There has to be an expectation the manual has to have some cost for users. VIN/seriel number based systems are expensive to keep up to date with relevant TSBs and procedure changes.
There are us independent techs that are just as interested in Grenadiers so hoping there will eventually there will be a subscription or PDF version available to independent shops.
I am keen to see and read the peoples repair solutions when the manuals are in use.

Thank you @NQ94. IA said they would provide access/owners will be able to access. They never committed to providing access from day one of first market launch or said it would be free. They're now finally opening up access and some folks are blowing steam about not good enough Ineos.
That saying about warm round diamonds comes to mind 🤔

Should be free for life... we were not promised a paid service for manuals were we?
Yep! This is the classic "bait and switch". We were promised one thing and then deliver another. For the people that are satisfied with 12 months of access you really need to rethink this. To me this just seems like another slap in the face!

My VIN is 1312, no e-mail yet. But do I still need it? During the last two years I dismounted (and sometimes broke) a lot of things and I know the electrics quite well! Better late than never anyway.
And only free for 12 months! And after that? How much?
I'm also an early adopter but will not receive an email. The email provider that I used when buying the Ineos no longer exists. Ineos are unable to change account holder email addresses. (as bizarre as this sounds). They asked that I create another account with my new email and they would transfer my build/purchase details over to the new account... but alas... Ineos found they cannot transfer details from one account to another. FFS. Onwards and upwards I guess - perhaps I'll receive a letter.
