What did you do with your Grenadier today?

Drove it to work.
But before that I jumped on the scales. 25kg lighter than I was at the start of my transition to smallerleonski.

I reckon if I lose another 10 or so I might almost fit into my Belstaff jacket. 😂😂😂
Well done. You just got 25kg of payload back. Cancel the GVM upgrade.

The wife finally rode in the QM. She couldn't understand why I needed it but never fought against it. I have had for months now and no comments. Here is here thoughts
* The cover over the back makes it look much better.
* You made it sound like it was poverty spec but it is nice.
* Is this real leather? As she grabbed the saddle leather in front of her. This is nice.
* Did you get heated seats? Again, I thought this was going to be bare bones the way you were talking.
* These seats are comfortable, much better than your L663
* It rides nice and quiet.
* Are you getting steps to climb in?
* When you start it up, it has a deep bass sound

All in all a big win for the household. The only knock was the deep bass sound when it started up. She has sensory processing disorder and bass has always been something that she has trouble with. She can hear tones well below what I can hear. Some tones makes can cause her to get dizzy. I think she would perfect for Fieldmaster. Just need some more time slowly winning her over and having her come to the decision.

It sounds like you got permission to buy side steps or sliders! Bonus.

Sounds like you have made at least two quality long term decisions in your life....

Hardest working Grenadier I’ve seen was this guys which I saw at the Game Fair last year. If I

remember correctly he moves mobile homes and sets them up. He had full adjustable air suspension all around with a massive winch and tow bar on the front. Very heavily loaded and tows a heavy trailer and uses the grenadier to push the mobile homes around on site.

I'd like to see how he's fitted a front tow bar alongside (factory?) winch.

Completely changed bumper on front Big steel job with tow hitch bolted to side of winch. Not factory winch. Can’t remember the make but externally mounted with big spool

Test-fit a 16" steel wheel on my Grenadier - clears the front brake calipers with a 1/4" spacer, while still remaining hub-centric. Plenty of threads on the lug studs.
Short - term: a 255/85R16 second spare.
Long - term: a set of 8.25R16 XZLs. Maybe.

Tire mounted.
Now I have a full-size spare on a 16" rim.
