Web Site status update

Has anyone gotten a real answer from INEOS why they can’t update the production status of cars ordered. I have contacted them 4 times without a change in status yet the car is post production yet web site still says in pre production

I have been told they cannot update any more. My vehicle is in transit and they have me on the website as 4Q 2023 delivery. Go figure.
