I asked this question within another thread but didn't really get an answer. Does anyone know a water container that fits the Le Tech ladder with a bottom drain spout that is available in the USA? The wavian water can is too thick and rubs on the door. Wavian fuel jerry cans are fine but don't want to carry water in them. I think frontrunner makes one that fits but the bottom drain is inset so will pour out on the rack floor. Any ideas?

Maybe a Scepter water can with a drain installed near the bottom.

My wavian does not rub on my door at all with the strap attached.
Wavian plastic water container, or wavian metal fuel container? My metal fuel is fine, but the plastic water bulges out midsection and contacts door.

I have a plastic wavian, it bulges and contacts the door completely full.... UNTIL I put the letech strap on. Then there is plenty of clearance, probably an inch. Same goes for my sceptre fuel can.

I'll get a pic when I get home. But wavian fits just fine.
That would be great. I wonder if there are variances in the shape of the plastic or something? But a pic would be helpful.

Here is my wavian can strapped down tight. All but touching. Way too close for running long distances off road. I think I will be missing some paint.

Basically a purifier Jerry can setup. While the tap is on the top it is pressurized from the pump. It’s on mine every day. Does rub the door when full for sure but I got plenty of other marks on it already… I’m sure if you are worried about it a 3m clear protective film or vinyl would work to protect the door.
