I dunno, I might the only one, but almost everytime I get out of my Grenadier I catch the bottom of my jeans on the exposed left seat rail of the drivers seat. Maybe I'm missing a trim piece? Or maybe I'm on the hunt for some piece of something that will cover it. I dunno, so far no ripped jeans, but you know the minute I wear something nice, riiiiiip. Sigh.

Anyhow else have this oddball problem?

I had the issue. More when I was using cruise control and tucking my foot back? I raised the seat and moved a bit forward. That seemed to remove the problem? I moved for a better, higher driving position, and I noticed that the seat bracket wasn’t an issue. It should be ‘cap-able’?

Yeah, I can move the seat!

I was wondering if they're supposed to be so exposed, my last truck was a 200 Series Land Cruiser, so, totally need to get used to this one.

I do think that at further back positions, the rail is an issue. I do find that the IG, for all its ‘crudeness’ has greater seating ‘envelope’ than a Jeep JLU, and many GM products. Ford SUVs seem to have good variability between seat, pedals and steering wheel.

The best of both worlds...

I think a kilt is the way to go , if egress is an issue. Show off those Scottish White pins, loud and proud!
