Steering stabilizer bar

What's the best way to source this in the UK ? Or do I need to wait till a work trip finds me on that side of the pond...

These are the guys we used.Prolinx.

Ours too required a little adjustment to fit, but nothing more technical than a hammer was used to assist spreading it.

Just drove 30 miles on the highway. Steering feels a lot more relaxed and I feel more in control. Truck still wanders a bit but huge difference. In local driving I feel more nimble. I would definitely recommend this mod.

Slight coaxing with a 12" crescent wrench does the job pretty well. Just close the jaws and give it a nice controlled pull.

I bought the local "Tough Dog" suspension version, 9 stage external adjustment. A$230 delivered by Australia Post (within 4 working days).
(Yes... in the background, that's the now redundant rear muffler since installing the BD 68litre long range tank).
The damper is set at #5 for paved road use. Takes 30sec to adjust including crawling under the vehicle. Recommended off-road setting is 0-3
(Vehicle is a July 2023 Trialmaster diesel.)

And?? Mate, you need to use more words - is it any good?

Ahhh! 🤭 sorry! Directional stability with the steering centralised is noticeably improved at 90-100kmh. Not perfect but the constant "micro" correction is reduced significantly. I took @Steve.B 's lead in the choice of Tough Dog and #5 setting.
With the OEM damper the vehicle became somewhat skittish when being overtaken on the motorway by a "B-double" truck (prime mover with two long trailers). The dreaded Bernoulli effect where pressure differences tended to draw the Grenadier toward the passing truck has been almost eliminated with the new damper : there's some expected buffeting but the Grenadier now tracks straight with minimal correction....
I haven't played with other settings nor have I driven off road since the swap....

I think you have convinced me to go aftermarket.
You can get the Tough Dog for 195 Euro out of Spain, there are probably other sources as well. Great value and may have a longer warranty (but as you are probably sourcing from Spain or USA or Australia not sure warranty comes into it, but Tough Dog do offer a longer factory warranty in their home market compared to some others so make of that what you will).

Yes, just ordered that one from Myoverlandshop on Spain. There will probably be duty to pay, I'll have to wait and see.

How many do you figure were purchased? 50?
I suspect way more than 50. Especially if you account for all versions and countries. I know people who have gone through two, the non adjustable and finally the adjustable because the adjustable versions are that much better. I also suspect some are using them and just not openly admitting it because they don't want to admit removing their rose colored glasses.

Actually some people are just never happy and always on the lookout for greener grass which, generally is not there. But to each their own, that is good, as it drives new stuff to market. Certainly inexpensive but, by no means any where near on my to do list.

Well, some people just like to settle so.....
