While I am talking over the phone I often have the following problem.
After some minutes (probably 5-10) the speakers stop working. The microphone still works and the phone line as well.
As soon as I realise it I have to switch the phone from CarPlay to “phones speaker”. Than I can hear the other person again.
I am using an older IPhone with the newest iOS version. The problem occurs for more than a year. Probably it has always been there and I misunderstood it for a bad signal for years… my car has a three digit VIN and so is one of the first delivered ones.
My questions:
1. Who has the same or very similar experience?
2. Who has a bulletproof and official solution?
3. Who has a suggestion based on technical understanding
4. Who just wants to comment about something else or has a suggestion out of stomach feelings 😘

That sounds normal, with the ignition off after 10 minutes the car systems shut down, you should hear all the relays closing the systems down

You are right about the shutting down while the ignition is switched off.
But obviously I have the problem while driving. Also only the speakers shut down. The microphone is still working.
(As everything else like the CarPlay maps or the vehicles information like speed, gear, temperature, etc)
