Americas Second row seat pull tab ripped off

I might be the first owner to experience this, the pull tab used to recline the second row seat to a flat position got partially ripped off when I pulled on it yesterday. Has anyone else experienced this before and if you did, did INEOS issue a warranty repair for it?

Yes, this has happened to a few others on the forums. It's a known weak point on the early builds. INEOS should cover that under warranty as a manufacturing defect. Contact your dealer to get the strap and latch mechanism replaced. Some owners have asked the dealer to reinforce the new one during the repair.
