I can't take the f*cking TRAIN HORN any longer!!!!! Aaarrgghh.

all my ex's recommend it. it works for them like calming a cow before the slaughter, and they seem to finish on the positive side of the ledger. Think of the german calming Mellish as his fate unravels in saving private ryan.

Wow - it’s a wonder people aren’t just lined up to put their relationships and physiological well-being into your hands. I can’t understand it.

The speed warning on/off is for the audible click when you move between speed zones. e.g. a 50mph to 30mph. That will single click. That is not an ADAS setting and is allowed to be turned off. It doesnt turn off the 5 click overspeed warning
Mine doesn't have ADAS so I don't get an overspeed warning apart from when that is turned on.

Maybe this - that seems pretty insufferable and passive aggressive

Put an Audison sound pack in mine 6 months ago. Hell, I can’t hear the gong anymore.

That was the problem I had.
Replaced and not another sound since
I just had my first service and my biggest complaint was the bong for rear door open on every bump. Their response was I wasn’t closing the rear doors hard enough (I slam them). They said it’s fix and the first bump I hit leaving their lot Bong! I told them it’s still not fixed and they said they haven’t heard of this issue, ugh! Was there a TSB or anything I can reference to them that the issue is the sensor?
There’s no way I can take my truck off-road until this is fixed.

Leading from the top latch on the large rear door is a blue and black wire. It travels down under the plastic. I simply clipped it, twisted the two wires together and put a wire crimp cap on it. No bong; however, I still get a dash notice if one of the doors is open.

This vehicle makes so many way too loud annoying sounds, clicks, horns, and beeps that my wife refuses to get in it any longer. I can turn off the ADAS speed warning click, but why should I have to because Ineos has had NO software updates since I've had this truck (1 yr, 2 months). Then there is that loud train horn sound. Sometimes it is telling me that a door is ajar, so I have to stop and SLAM that door closed, especially the rear doors. But sometimes it just startles us while we are driving for no reason at all. How can I stop this? Can someone show me where the speaker (or device) is that emits this sound so I can destroy it? This vehicle is such a pain in the ass to drive for numerous other reasons, and the noises are over the top. I just want to enjoy the damn thing!
Fix for the rear door ajar warning:
