Hi all. I have a LHD in the USA. I have lights and a radio antenna mounted on my bull bar. The antenna needs to be wired into the radio in the cab. The lights are going to the ext 5 wires under the hood.

Any advice on how to run these wires? I’m concerned about their proximity to the radiator. I’m also not sure how to run the antenna wire through the firewall.

I’d appreciate any help or advice.

There is a hole for that on the right side of the firewall, plugged by a rubber cap. There is a video on youtube - look for uhf ineos - and if you can’t find I’ll make pictures of mine.

yeah, thank you! now i know roughly where to look. Anyone has an update on US vehicles on how to get through the firewall?

It is free, I used it to pass the cable going to the antenna on the bonnet and the cable to the bumper camera.

I was able to run my wire through the grommet in the firewall in my US vehicle. I had to take the front driver fender flare and liner off. Basically I had to remove all the visible torx in the wheel well, pull off the fender flare, and drop the liner. After that I could reach up and pull the grommet out. I drilled a hole in it, put the wire through, and reinstalled the grommet.

I removed the plastic dowels from the body based on the advice to use a 5mm crescent wrench from this post: https://www.theineosforum.com/threads/oem-clips-for-fwd-fender-flares.12415926/

Then slid them back into the flare before pressing it back on.
