Running wires from front into cab

Hi all. I have a LHD in the USA. I have lights and a radio antenna mounted on my bull bar. The antenna needs to be wired into the radio in the cab. The lights are going to the ext 5 wires under the hood.

Any advice on how to run these wires? I’m concerned about their proximity to the radiator. I’m also not sure how to run the antenna wire through the firewall.

I’d appreciate any help or advice.
