Ronny Dahl Bought a Quartermaster

He never stops whining about not being treated better than everyone else. I used to watch all his stuff, but stopped. I guess he got a Grenadier finally?
No he had one loaned to him for a while to test drive.....he is now in a troopy and an old Range Rover...he turned the Grenadier back in. He has been there and done that......so he is set in his ways but is more known for his photography and videography.... I really enjoy Ronnie Dahl though...no bullshit, no regrets, no apologies. LOL

I used to be a Patreon of ASPW, when he never responded to my questions in Patreon i gave up,
that and the constant Toyota builds...
I still watch as theres some great tips and ideas that pop up now and then

I dont recall seeing an ASPW Grenadier trip across South Africa! i know he had a loaner (from a private owner) for a day or so in Australia

its about time Ozzie youtubers stop buying Toyotas and do something different, almost every channel "i have bought a new rig and this time its special..." and its another toyota
cant wait to see what he does with it!
There is a shift underway in Australia.

On the last trip (2,675 kms) I had 3 people come up to me and ask about the Grenadier, they knew what it was. I use to be asked what is it or they thought it was a LR110.

I think INEOS will grow in the offroad sector and the Ford Ranger Super Duty will hit the Toyota 70 series and 300 series hard in towing and mining. Toyota will pay a price for demanding top dollar for the 70 series and spend almost nothing on R&D for the last 30 years for the 70 series.

Ronny's video sets out clearly the enormous cost of bringing a 70 series up to a standard to go remote touring in Oz. But Toyota's spell over Australians will take a while to break.

On the last trip Toyota did not dominate the cars towing caravans, like they once did. Big inroads are being made by the Nissan Patrol petrol v8 and the the big US rigs like RAMs and Ford F trucks.
