Mine were sticking in the cold, but also started sticking again recently. Looking forward to getting that fixed, along with the annoying "Check Engine" I get every time I fill up at a gas pump it doesn't like.Same. I thought it was funny that they can't actually fix them yet. My door handles were only sticking over the winter, so as long as they get them fixed by this fall then all good.
My understanding re VIN is …Guessing here, but if your VIN is between CA0 and CA5, you're in the range, and if it includes CA5, and the next letter is lower than R you are in the range. If your next letter is R, go to the next character, F, and rinse and repeat etc.
FWIW, I'm a CA3 and have not yet received the recall notice.
