After signing up and waiting months for my invite to the technical reference platform, I finally reached out to Support. It turns out I had fallen into a bit of a black hole, one that I suspect many of you may encounter as well.

Ineos requires proof that you are the actual owner of the vehicle. I purchased mine through RTGT, so I’m not sure why that information wasn’t already on file, but as you can see below, you’ll need to submit some documentation to complete the verification process.

Once I was verified, within a couple days, I got access to the platform. Hope this helps.

RGTG customer as well. We've been waiting almost two months for access since reaching out and being told it would just be a few days (but up to six weeks). I've just been too busy with the holidays and travel to follow up again.

Okay, I just spoke with a customer service rep and they've thrown us in with the current batch of requests heading over to the team that handles the service manual access. Could still be a wait because of the holidays but maybe things will progress now.

Awesome. It was all very quick for me. From reaching out to support to getting access, less than 5 days.

It was less than 5 days for me as well after providing the proof of vehicle ownership .

Fascinating. I completed my purchase through RTGT in August 2024 on a Trialmaster shipped in May of '24. I have yet to receive an invitation to access the repair manuals and fortunately I have not needed them.

I say completed my purchase because they were not my original dealer of record which was the original dealership in Northern California which never materialized.

Another 2 months have passed and still nothing from Ineos. I finally requested access through the technical publications portal today.

Email their customer support inbox.. unless you have done that as well and they are just ghosting you

Day #2 crickets. No response from #ineos on my request for access .

I sent a request to their email a couple of months ago and received a generic reply. Haven't "needed" it yet, but if I do, they'll get tired of me quickly.

Waking up mildly annoyed that I had not heard from them in three days (even if it were to tell him to be patient or go f**k myself), I started looking around and I found Lynn Calder on LinkedIn.

I sent her a connection request and included my production number and date with a cheeky note reminding her mine was the Sela Green Trialmaster that rolled off the line on May 4, 2024 and said surely she must remember it 🤣.

Thank you sir. The website is much changed (improved?) the link got me close enough to find the chat feature in the menu which didn't exist the last time I was on the Ineos website probably two years ago.

The chat agent / bot indicated I should send proof of ownership and VIN to customerservice@Ineos grenadier.com shortly after sending that off I received a confirmation email that I was the 205231th customer service inquiry and that someone would get back to me soon.

I don't know whether any else is still rolling access out in blocks. I have read elsewhere that VIN holders under 10,000 were just getting access but I wonder if it really works that way and if Ineos is concerned that 20,000 or 30,000 owners all seeking access would crash their website. 🤷‍♂️
