If you haven't received the email with the instructions and sweeteners (cheap goodies in the UK, RSA extension in Australia) are you still eligible for the sweeteners?
It looks like INEOS are sending the email out by region. UK/Europe first, then Australia, other markets will follow.Still nothing for me and the dealership knows about it since I was recently in for service. I did get an Ineos “come test drive a 2026” emailed. One would think this message would auto send to all owners. Wonder what gives? Does the selling dealer need to trigger it?
I ticked that box because you never know what might eventuate. or as I like to think. adventurate!Nearest agent on the form for anyone in Tasmania is Ballarat, Victoria, well done INEOS.![]()
I’ll be interested to hear how this will apply to early owners whose roadside assistance expired nearly a year ago.One last post by the unpaid expendable gopher.
Software fix for Australia just announced. Similar to UK but INEOS ANZ are extending free roadside service for 12 months for owners. A nice gesture.
However, I just took that out after it expired 2 weeks ago!

I hope that's Australian office hours, not UK.....Customer Service were unable to confirm that it will start again for 12 months, but they’re looking into it.
By the way, when did Customer Service stop providing a 24 hour service, and limit it to offices hours?
Australian yes, but interestingly it's Central Australian Standard Time.I hope that's Australian office hours, not UK.....
