What is being done about making the mobile connection usable. Every call i have received or made, the comment is that I'm underwater. It has been impossible to have any conversation. I couldn't possibly consider another Grenadier because of this.

I can't believe it is rocket science to sort this out and I think every owner has the same complaint. So INEOS, please get this sorted. It is a great vehicle - the best - but sorely let down by this - very upsetting

This seems to be really hit or miss on frequency... I made countless calls at speeds from 25-30mph around town to 85+MPH on the motorway, never with an issue of people not being able to hear or understand me... My only gripe was how low the volume was to hear the other side of the call

I know I am not the only owner experiencing this problem. I have a pretty popular Samsung Galaxy S24. Why should I be having this problem. I would agree with you that there needs to be a lot more volume. It is actually quite dangerous because all one's attention is being taken up trying to hear what is being said. In fact use of the mobile in my Grenadier is dangerous because of the frustration caused. I am really upset that it is not being addressed - or doesn't seem to be.

I'm not saying you're the only one having this problem, however, the "under water" problem seems to randomly be experienced by people across automotive forums for several different makes/models that I'm on, with no clear rhyme or reason for it.

I can't say I've ever felt that it was dangerous due to the volume or frustration though.
