ineos grenadier spare wheel locker box

Mine doesn't have a traditional key, it's a plastic tube thing that turns a metal disk sits 5mm or so inside the barrel, except the disc fell out and now it doesn't lock. Thankfully I have the Tougher zipped cover.
This was purchased late last year from INEOS and not fitted at purchase. I always thought the original design looked like a proper key

Timely. I picked up the INEOS spare tire box when I picked up QM with the intent that I'd store motorcycle straps, nets, and similar cargo things in it. When installed it, the lock shoe at the bottom of the cylinder fell out, I forgot to put it back in, and jammed the lock cylinder in there. Now it won't lock. But, after reading the experiences here, it's better that way. So I'll leave it be and only have it appear to be locked.
