Hi load auxiliary plugs don’t work

OK, this has been an issue that is driving me crazy trying to run my 120v from the rear of the vehicle with the vehicle turned off so i dont kill the starter battery. still doesnt work unless the key is in and turned to the first position

GrenadierGuy, this is about 8 months since your post, but I'm curious if you ever figured out the 120v plug and whether it could be powered with the vehicle off. So far I haven't had a clear answer from the dealership, but I thought the marketing and owners manual language pointed to this capability. Thanks!

My electric cooler has 2 power cords, one 12v cigarette plug and a traditional 120v plug. It will run from the 12v cigarette plug when the vehicle is off and auxiliary switch is turned on. When I change out the power cord and plug it into the inverter it will not run unless the vehicle is running
